Packing & Unpacking
Full or partial packing with proper materials, or just the kitchen and the breakables, if that is the part you dread.
Packing is the part of a move that takes far longer than anyone plans for, and it is the part that decides whether anything breaks. We will do all of it, or just the rooms you would rather not face.
Full packing means we arrive before moving day with boxes, paper, bubble wrap and tape, and pack the house out room by room, labelling as we go. Partial packing is usually the kitchen, the glassware and anything fragile or oddly shaped: the items most likely to arrive in pieces when packed in a hurry the night before.
Unpacking is the same in reverse: boxes opened, contents placed on surfaces in the right rooms, and all the empty cardboard and paper taken away rather than left stacked in your hallway for a fortnight.
